Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need one work order or two?
If you purchased the Local Solution Box Kit, you will need two work orders. The first you will receive when you purchase the kit, and you will need it to pick up your boxes. The second you can retrieve by logging back in and having the system generate a new one for you.
If you purchased the Small Job or Bedroom Solution, you will receive only one work order at the time of your order; you will use this work order for shipping.
- I lost my work order, how do I get another?
Log into your account, and go to "My Orders" to print a duplicate.
- What if I cannot ship all my boxes at the same time?
Lot into your account to request an additional work order. Each work order can only be used one time.
- What if my hall/room assignment changes?
Log in to your account to update your address BEFORE shipping. If you have already shipped your boxes, contact The UPS Store at ASU directly (480-894-8838 x101) to make sure the changes have been noted.
- In what case would my packages NOT be delivered to my room?
Access to student rooms is limited after students begin to check in. If a roommate checks in early, The UPS Store may be denied access to the room. If arrangements can be made with hall staff, the package will still be delivered, otherwise it can be picked up at The UPS Store. In some cases, after the student arrives, arrangements can be made for delivery to the hall. The UPS Store will have LIMITED deliveries to Residence Halls the week of move in.
